REGIONAL CONFERENCE
Labour North's Regional Conference brings together members, trades union representatives & affiliated organisations.

Our one-day biennial conference will take place at the Quayside Exchange, Sunderland on Saturday 25 February 2012.
Conference will hear from senior front-bench politicians including the Rt. Hon Harriet Harman MP, Deputy Leader of the Labour Party and Shadow Culture Secretary, Tom Watson MP, Labour's Campaign Co-ordinator and the General Secretary of the Labour Party, Iain McNicol.
The North East and Cumbria is being hit hard by the polices of this Tory-led government. Our Regional Conference will set out a better way for the North with a focus on securing the jobs and growth we need.
As well as the plenary sessions, they’ll also be training sessions giving you the chance to brush up on your skills or learn new ones as we prepare for important local elections in 2012 and 2013. They’ll also be various fringe events and breakout sessions, including the Young Labour North rally and a session on Refounding Labour.
Regional Conference is open to all members, but each CLP and affiliate is entitled to send delegates who are responsible for electing the Regional Board.
